My Approach:

My focus is on client satisfaction and client needs. Successful relationships don't just happen. They are the product of hard work, commitment, persistence, quality service, attention to detail, follow through, and above all integrity. I bring these attributes to work with me each day, and I believe that my success is a direct result of the relationships I have built with my clients. My job is to make your real estate transaction an enjoyable experience, and I have learned that with a positive attitude and some creative thinking, all obstacles can be overcome!

Education/Experience:

I am a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Business-Economics and an emphasis in Accounting. I believe my strong business and accounting background helps me advise my clients on how to achieve their financial goals. My real estate career began when I worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage under Santa Barbara's leading lender. I then went on to Coldwell Banker, working under three top producing agents for two years. It was at Coldwell Banker that I decided to become a licensed agent. After my time at Coldwell Banker, I decided to make the move to Village Properties, and I could not be happier. Village Properties takes excellent care of both its agents and its clients. You will not be disappointed with the level of service you will receive from both me as your agent and Village Properties as a company.

Community Involvement & Professional Affiliations:

I am currently a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am currently the Chair of the Member Services Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. This year we are raising money for an organization called Story Tellers. In the past we have raised money for the Endowment for Youth Committee (an organization that helps children of all ages receive educational opportunities that may otherwise be outside their reach) and the Teddy Bear Cancer Organization (an organization that raises money to help parents of children with cancer who have trouble paying their day to day bills such as rent or utilities).

My latest project is SBREP, which stands for Santa Barbara Real Estate Professionals. I am one of the founding members of this group. We formed for two purposes; to provide each member with networking opportunities and inside information on listings, education, and advertising, and also to increase our community involvement and awareness. Some of our most recent projects involved helping 100 children at Frankling Elementary School build ginger bread houses to take home to their parents, conducting readings with children at various elementary schools, visiting the elderly, and the beach clean-up after the 4th of July.

Interests:

My interests include snowboarding, spending time at the beach, painting, traveling, reading, music, and spending time with loved ones.
