My Approach:

My focus is on client satisfaction and clients needs. I am very dedicated to giving quality service, attention to detail, creating excellent marketing programs, providing hard work, and following through to achieve top results. I believe that all obstacles can be overcome with a positive attitude and some creative thinking.

Education/Experience:

I am a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Business-Economics and an emphasis in Accounting. I believe my strong business and accounting background helps me advise my clients on how to achieve their financial goals. My real estate career began when I worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage under Santa Barbara's leading lender. I then went on to Coldwell Banker, working under three top producing agents for almost two years. It was at Coldwell Banker that I decided to become a licensed agent. After more than two years at Coldwell Banker, I decided to make the move to Village Properties, and I could not be happier. Village Properties takes excellent care of both its agents and its clients. You will not be disappointed with the level of service you will receive from both me as your agent and Village Properties as a company.

Community Involvement:

I am currently a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I also serve on the Member Services Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, and last year we raised money for the Endowment for Youth Committee. Endowment for Youth is an organization that helps children of all ages receive educational opportunities that may otherwise be outside their reach. This year our goal is to help raise money for the Teddy Bear Cancer Organization. This organization raises money for parents who have children with cancer that are having trouble paying their day to day bills such as rent or utilities.

I am also on the Housing Opportunity Committee for Santa Barbara, which consists of four sections: Habitat for Humanity, Land Use Issues, Education, and Fund Raising. I serve on the Habitat for Humanity and the Land Use Issues committees. If you'd like to know more about what I do, or if you have a concern, please let me know so that I can voice your opinion!

Interests:

My interests include snowboarding, spending time at the beach, painting, traveling, reading, music, and spending time with loved ones.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss buying and selling real estate.
